Well, it was a beautiful evening in Melbourne, my boyfriend Andrew and I were finishing off a few (and I have to stress it was only a few) drinks in St Kilda before heading back to the hotel. Jumped into bed at around 12am....naked. Next thing I know, I am standing in the hotel corridor at 2am knocking on the wrong room door, hypo, without a key and....still naked. Realising my situation, I quickly ran to my room and started knocking frantically, but Andrew wouldn't wake! ARGH. Starting to panic a bit, I decided to jump into the fire stairs and run up to the pool/spa room in hopes of finding a towel so I could go down to reception and get another key...but, you needed your key to get into the bloody room. So, levels steadily dropping, I decided i'd just have to go to reception covering my bits with my arms, and hope they didn't laugh too much when I asked for a replacement key. So, went back to my floor and tried knocking once more without any luck, so headed off to reception. On the way there I passed the cleaners room and tried to open it in a last minute save attempt....it was OPEN!!! Safety at last!!! I quickly scanned the room for a towel, sheet or SOMETHING, and managed to find a few black garbage bags....better than nothing! So, with my new midrif and mini skirt, I jumped in the lift (looking for cameras) and went to reception to grab a key. The two lovely ppl on the desk didn't even bat an eyelid at me, gave me a new key and said "have a lovely evening". Gee, thanks! So, key and garbage bags in place, I ran back to my room, belted Andrew a couple of times over the head (joking...but I should've!!), put some clothes on and skulled the $3.50 can of coke from the mini bar. PHEW. Just to be sure it wouldn't happen again I put the key in my pants, and went to bed. So, moral of the story...don't sleep naked in a hotel room when there is a chance you're gonna go low overnight. Safe to say I slept clothed the next night. So, best hypo story ever? I certainly wont forget it in a hurry!!!!!
