Great idea - I'd love to meet up with yourself and other UK RCers (well, RCers in the UK at least.....)
With a little one (he'll be almost seven months at the end of Nov) I am generally best available in the day - can't do late nights any more!!!
I am in London (Docklands), so should be able to get to most parts of London reasonably easily....
I know Anne can get to London sometimes so she might be interested too....

PS As far as baby-friendly places go (I know Kate said she'd love to meet Jack), we've only had negativity from All Bar One, but all the other places we've tried have been cool with Jack....
