OK I'm outing myself. I had a tattoo done a couple of years after being diagnosed. No problems healing, but it is on my chest, I would think twice about my lower legs as they don't tend to heal well. I also use Bepanthen cream.
PS: Make sure you are a bit choosy about who you get to do the work.
