YOGA

Yoga is a sanskrit word for union or balance.  Yoga is basically about achieving a balance between the physical, emotional and spiritual parts of your life. The benefits of yoga are numerous and include increased vitality, flexibility, improved immune system, muscle and bone strength, and relaxation.  There is even a specific posture for the pancreas.  It might be too late for us to benefit from stimulating the pancreas, but yoga can really help in Diabetes management with its integrated approach to physical and mental well being.
