Hi Nicole ,
I'm new to the whole gastroparesis thing and although I feel "stomach fullness" a lot I don't experience bloating unless I'm pre menstral. Sorry to hear yours sounds severe and distressing. Have you tried a probiotic or buscopan ? I've read that can help with bloating in general. You'd have to check with your Dr it doesn't interfere with the motilium.
Do you take motilium about 1/2 hr before meals. Maybe that may help ? Sorry I can't offer any more advice. It's a terrible complication to deal with.
