I sometimes use soft drink or oj for a hypo, I have about 100 ml/15g carbs, then retest. Trying really hard not to over treat. :-)
Realised last week that Sprite has started adding Stevia, and so the carbs for 100ml dropped from about 15g to 9g.
Not a 'huge' difference, but certainly noticeable when trying to manage hypos!
So just a reminder to check the carbs even if its a regular food or drink.
